1. Return Policy
- Windy31 purchased from www.SYNETUSA.com may be returned to SyNET directly by mail within 30 days after
   receipt of the product from SyNET.
- Windy31 purchased from other retail stores must be returned to the place of purchase.
2. Refund or Exchange within 30days
2.1 If you receive a damaged or defective unit, you can request a refund or exchange by e-mail by following these instructions. The replacement unit will be sent to the original "ship to" address upon record of the Paypal system.
To get a refund, please follow these instructions:
1. Let us know your full name and address used for purchasing at our website by Email or Phone call.
2. SyNET Electronics will issue a RMA form.
3. After receiving the RMA form, send us the unit back including the RMA form.
(SyNET Electronics covers the shipping charge.)
4. SyNET Electronics will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method as soon as the unit is turned in. (Full-refund guaranteed)

To exchange the unit, please follow these instructions:
1. Let us know your full name and address used for purchasing at our website by Email or Phone call.
2. SyNET Electronics will send out a new unit. (Label for return included)
3. Receiving exchange unit, send us back the defective unit using the label included in the package.
2.2 If you want to return a non-defective unit it must be unopened. you can request a replacement by mail by following these instructions.
1. Let us know your full name and address used for purchasing at our website by Email or Phone call.
2. SyNET Electronics will issue a RMA form.
3. After receiving the RMA form, send us the unit back including the RMA form.
(SyNET Electronics does not cover the shipping charge.)
4. SyNET Electronics will issue an immediate credit to the original payment method as soon as the unit is turned in. (Restocking fee of 15% is charged.)
3. Exchange after 30days
* Refund is not available in any cases after 30days of receiving it.

* For broken unit only, you can request an exchange by e-mail.
To exchange the unit, please follow these instructions.

2. SyNET Electronics will issue a RMA form.
3. After receiving the RMA form, send us the unit back including the RMA form.

4. Unit will be returned, fixed after receiving the defective unit.
4. Defect / Broken Approval Process
To be approved as a defective unit, you need to get a confirmation from SYNET lectronics¡¯ engineer or Tech Support by E-mail or Phone call.
To be approved as a defective / broken unit.
1. When Windy31 seems not to be working correctly, please contact our Tech Support.
2. 1st tech support is done by E-mail or Phone call.
3. 2nd tech support is done by Remote access control service. (Free of charge, no safety issue)
4. If the problem is not solved after the remote access control service by SyNET, our engineer will give you an approval of defect / broken.
*Self-approval of defect / broken is not accepted
